摘  要:目的:探讨低强度脉冲电磁场对长期进食高胆固醇饲料兔心功能的影响.方法:将30只雌性5mo龄新西兰大耳白兔随机分为3组(n=10):对照组、高脂组、磁场组.对照组用常规饲料喂养,高脂组和磁场组用高胆固醇饲料饲养.磁场组暴露于强度为4Gs的脉冲电磁场环境中(f=15Hz),暴磁时间为10h/d;饲养8wk后测定左室功能指标.结果:与对照组比较,高脂组左室射血时间显著缩短,射血前期和等容收缩期明显延长,PEP/LVET和ICT/LVET均显著增加(P<0.01),而磁场组的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.01);与高脂组比较,磁场组左心室射血时间延长(P<0.01)、射血前期及等容收缩期缩短(P<0.01)、PEP/LVET及ICT/LVET比值显著降低(P<0.01).结论:低强度脉冲电磁场能够显著改善左室功能.AIM: To investigate the effects of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) on left ventricular function in rabbits fed on a high-cholesterol diet. METHODS: Thirty female New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10 per group) : control, hyperlipid and magnetic groups. The control group was fed on a normal diet and other groups were fed on a high-cholesterol diet. The magnetic group was exposed to 15 Hz PEMFs (4×10^-4 T and 10 h/d). After 8 weeks, the parameters of left ventricular function were detected, and the changes were compared with each other. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the parameters of hyperlipid group showed statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ), but the values of left ventricular ejection time (LVET), preejection period (PEP), isovolumic contraction time, (ICT), PEP/LVET and ICT/LVET in the magnetic group didn't show any differences (P 〉0.01 ). Compared with the hyperlipid group, the parameters of magnetic group showed statistically significant differences: LVET was prolonged, PEP and ICT were shortened, PEP/LVET and ICT/LVET were decreased (P 〈0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Lowintensity PEMFs are effective in improving the cardiac function.
