摘 要:在矿山相似材料模拟中,相似材料大多数为散粒体,而铁作为一种增加容重的骨料在其中得到广泛的应用.通过对这类相似材料的研究,试图找到一种新的散粒体抗拉强度的测试方法.为此用亥姆霍兹线圈构建了一个均匀梯度磁场,将圆柱形试件放入其中,并采用ANSYS有限元程序进行了数值模拟.通过对所构建的实验模型采用控制变量法,研究了不同结构的亥姆霍兹线圈、不同试件密度、不同线圈安匝数等条件下试件所受的电磁力的情况,为电磁加载实验方法进行了可行性论证.In the simulation of mineral-like materials, the most used materials are granular soil, in which iron is usually adopted as a kind of aggregate for increasing bulk density. In order to develop a new tensile strength measurement for granular soil, a uniform gradient magnetic field was designed with Helmholtz coil. The cylindrical sample was put in the magnetic field for numerical simulation with ANSYS FEM. By controlling some variables in the established experimental model, the electromagnetic force with different Helmholtz coils, different densities of samples, and different ampere-turns,etc, was studied. The results proved the feasibility of electromagnetic loading method.
