摘　　要：本文研究归纳了FDIC成功运作的主要经验,并在此基础上,就我国存款保险制度建设所面临的机构设置问题,监管职能问题,退市处置权问题,以及存款保险制度推出的时机选择等重大问题,发表了看法,提出了建议。Based on the study of FDIC＇s successful experiences, the paper analyzes the constrains and obstacles in the construction of China＇s deposit insurance system, such as institution establishment, regulation and supervision, disposal power of market exit and choice of timing. Finany, some suggestions are propesed.
