摘  要:将40羽20日龄的AA肉鸡随机分为2组,试验组和对照组各20羽。试验组暴置于浓度为0.77 g/m3的氨气环境下饲养,对照组正常饲养。试验开始后,试验组内的鸡在6 h内全部死亡。本试验观察了其临床症状并进行了病理组织学检查和血液病理学检查。另外,本文还对肉鸡氨气中毒的机理作了探讨。20-day-old AA broilers were divided into two groups-test group and control group. The broilers in test group were exposed to 0.75g/L of ammonia per L of air and control group were fed normally. The test broilers were all died in 6h after exposure. The clinical signs in test broilers were excessive nasal lacrimal and oral secretious, oral mucosa,cornea and conjunctiva hyperemia. The gross lesions observed were pericardical effusion; the respiratory tracts hemorrhage, lungs dropsy; kidneys tumefaction; livers being hard and fragile. The result of histopathologic examination were as follows: tracheal epithelial and epithelium of pulmonary bronchus mucosa degeneration, necrosis; liver cells granular degeneration and bubbling degeneration; a local necrosis in cardiac muscle. Serum total protein, globulin, serum inorganic phosphorus were much lower in the control group than those in the test group(P〈0.05). In ammonia toxic broilers, the serum glucose, serum potassium, serum urea nitrogen, serum lactate dehydrogenase, serum alkaline phosphatase, serum creatine kinase and blood ammonia were much higher(P〈0.01).
