摘　　要：以中国家蚕卵巢组织为材料制作原代细胞,探索并获得了一种快速有效的方法。该方法在原代细胞的解离、收集过程中,省略了传统的胰蛋白酶解离方法,只经过一步剪碎过程,原代培养取得了良好的结果:当细胞培养至1个月的时候,即可见大量游离细胞贴壁,旺盛生长。A highly efficient method was developed for primary cell culture of Chinese silkworm （Bombyx mori） ovaries. In the process of isolation and collection of the primary cells, the conventional step of trypsinase-digesting was omitted, thus making the procure more rapid and effective. Vigorous growth of the primary ceils obtained by this method was observed when they had been cultured for one month.
