小儿止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价小儿止咳颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:以小儿止咳颗粒治疗90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,设立氨茶碱+开瑞坦对照组,比较两组患儿治疗3天、5天、7天后的有效率。对于5岁以上患儿,比较两组治疗前后最大呼气峰流速(PEFR)。结果:治疗3天、5天后的有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗7天的有效率比较,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示观察组起效较对照组快;经过1周治疗,两组PEFR均较治疗前有所改善,自身前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)小儿止咳颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的疗效显著,起效时间优于氨茶碱+开瑞坦组;(2)小儿止咳颗粒可以改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的PEFR值。Objective： To research the functional mechanist of Children Cough Pellet （ CCP ） and to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods： 60 children were threated with CCP, and give the comparing group with Aminophylline and Clarityne. Comparing the two group＇s efficacy after treated 3-day, 5-day, 7-day.As to the children more than 5 years old, compare the two group＇ e peak respiration flow rate （PEFR） before the treatment.Results： Comparing the two groups of 3-day and 5-day treatment, the effective rate of the observing group is higher than that of the comparing group, and the difference is remarkable （P 〈 0.05） ; Comparing the effective rate of two groups of 7-day, there is no remarkable between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, which indicates the effect of observing group was faster. After a week treating, PEFR of the two groups both ameliorate than before, and there is remarkable difference between before and after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05） ; But there is not remarkable difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） .Conclusions： （ 1 ） The children cough pellet is remarkable effective to the CVA child, and the effect-time is superior to the aminophylline and clarityne＂ group. （ 2 ） The children cough pellet can improve the PEFR of patient.
