摘 要:2001~2004年测定了源于贵州省25个县(市)的165个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株对三环唑的敏感性。结果表明,稻瘟病菌各菌株对三环唑的敏感性呈连续性分布,EC50最大为128.14μg/mL,最小为21.93μg/mL。相差倍数为5.7063倍。各地区稻瘟病菌对三环唑的敏感性有一定差异,六盘水地区、遵义地区、黔南地区菌株的敏感性相对较差,平均敏感性EC50分别为79.61、75.80和75.72μg/mL。The sensitivity to tricyclazole was tested in 165 isolates of Magnapothe grisea, which came from 25 counties in Guizhou from 2001 to 2004. The results showed that the sensitivity of these isolates to tricyclazole appeared continuous distribution. The maximum and the minimum of EC50 was 128.14 and 1.93μg/mL, respectively. The former was 5.7063 times more than the latter. Moreover, there was a certain difference on sensitivity of Magnapothe grisea to tricyclazole among districts. The mean EC50 of Magnapothe grisea to tricyclazole in Liupanshui, Zunyi and Qiannan was 79.61,75.80 and 75.72μg/mL respectively, which were relatively higher than other districts.
