摘  要:将紫茎泽兰汁液依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取得到紫茎泽兰汁液提取物。提取物对马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phy-tophthora infestans)的菌丝生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中石油醚提取物的抑制效果最好,抑制率达44.42%。紫茎泽兰汁液经灭菌与不灭菌及与25%甲霜灵混配等不同处理后,对马铃薯晚疫病菌致病性进行了抑制作用实验,抑制率都达到50%以上。其中紫茎泽兰汁液与甲霜灵混配使用的抑制效果最好,其抑制率达95.43%。紫茎泽兰汁液及其提取物对该菌有较高的抑制效果,说明该植物含有毒性较强的杀菌活性物质,可用于植物农药的开发利用。Extracts were obtained by extracting Eupatorium adenophorum leaves juice with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and normal butyl alcohol sequentially, The extract showed certain inhibition effects on hypha growth of Phytophthora infestans ,and the best inhihiting effect was the extract extracted by petroleum ether with inhibition rate of 44.42 %, Leaf juice sterilized,non-sterilized, or mixed with 25 % metalaxyl in experiment performanced more than 50 % of inhibition rate to pathogenicity of P. infestans in experiment. The inhibiting effect was strongest when treated with mixture of leaf juice of E. adenophorum and metalaxyl with inhibition rate of 95. 43 %. These results showed that the plant of E. adenophorum contains some antifungal activity substance,which could be used to develop new plant-based pesticides.
