摘 要:用8个高产花生品系及其组配的杂种F4代,研究了8个花生亲本材料在6个产量性状、2个品质性状上的配合力和相对遗传力。评价出佐治亚、混巨5号、花11、963-4-1等4个较好的高产育种亲本;观察到花生亲本在某些性状上的配合力与世代表现互作,用F1代配合力预测高代材料的育种潜势可靠性低;亲本值(xp)、配合力(g)和相对遗传力(a)在多数性状上的变异趋势不一致,这3个统计数不能相互预测。With 8 peanut strains and the F4 generation of their 16 combinations as materials, the combining ability and relative heritability of 6 yield traits and 2 quality traits were analysed. Four high-yielding strains, Georgia, Hunju No. 5,Hua 11 and 963-4-1, were evaluated and screened. There were interaction between the general combining ability(GCA) and generation in some traits,and that the reliability of predieting the potential of the advanced generation by combining ability in F1 generation was low. The tendencies of variance of the parental phenotypic value, the general combining ability and the relative heritability were inconsistent in majority traits, and therefore they can not be predicted each other.
