摘 要:选用体重为14.87±1.66 kg健康均匀的波杂山羊16只,分成4组,每组4只,进行为期90 d的饲养试验。研究添加脂肪酸钙对羔羊增重,精料、苜蓿颗粒及青草采食量、肉质和综合收益的影响。发现:日粮中日添加脂肪酸钙10,20,30 g日增重比对照组分别提高34.16 g(+27.70%),48.88 g(+39.63%),48.33 g(+39.18%),同时,显著提高了羔羊对苜蓿颗粒、青草的采食量。提高养羊的综合效益,所生产的羊肉均达到优良标准。结果表明:添加脂肪酸钙可明显提高羔羊的日增重,增加养羊效益。脂肪酸钙的适宜添加量为30 g/d。An experiment was conducted with 16 healthy Boer crossed lamb weighed 14.87 ± 1.66 kg,they were divided into 4 group, 4 per group, to study the effect of calcium salts of fatty acids on the gain, ADG, mutton quality, synthetic cost. The time last 90 days.The results showed the ADG of the group of adding calcium salts of fatty acids 10,20,30 g/d were more than the group of contrast 34.16 g( + 27.70 % ), 48.88 g( + 39.63 % ),48.33 g( + 39.18 % ), and significantly increased the gain of clover and grass(P≤0.05). All the mutton were excellent. It showed that calcium salts of fatty acids adding in the lamb's diet could increase the ADG and the synthetic earning of lamb feeding. The suitable adding quality of calcium salts of fatty acids in the lamb's diet was 30 g/d.
