正蚓科（Lumbricidae）三属七种动物同工酶研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析了寡毛纲正蚓科三属七种动物的酯酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶，结果表明：酯酶同工酶性质稳定、受环境和反应因素影响小，有明显的种属特异性，是进行寡毛动物分类的一项重要生化指标，而乳酸脱氢酶同工酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶显示效果很差，不能表现种属的特异性．This paper reports the analysis of three isoenzyme (EST,LDH,MDH) from seven species out of three genus in the family Lumbricidae by means of discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that EST isoenzyme is much stable which is not affected by enviromental and reactive factors,furthermore can reflects the specificities of species-genera,so that it has been considered as a important biochemical index for classiying of animal. Whereas,the LDH and MDH isoenzymes have hardly represented the characters of species-genera and are'nt suitable as a index for earthworms classification.
