摘　　要：提出了通过增加安装调节参数来代替部分数控联动坐标,加工特种回转面刀具的方法,该方法减少了对机床的要求,又改善了加工条件和齿槽形状,只要用 3坐标联动的机床或数控装置便可加工出原本需5坐标甚至6坐标数控才能加工的刀具。This paper presents a new method to machine the cutting tools, that is substituting the adjustable parameters in machining of the cutter for the part NC linkage coordinates. The requirements of the method for the machine tool are less than that of the conventional method and at the same time it improves the condition of machining and the shape of the groove. A three-coordinate linkage machine tool or NC device could now machine the cutter which formerly needed five or six coordinates NC to do.
