摘 要:采用四氯化钛碱沉淀法制备纳米二氧化钛粉体,研究了前驱物制备、沉淀剂选择、沉淀方式等条件对二氧化钛粉体性能的影响,并利用XRD,TEM分析对制得的样品进行了表征。结果表明,600℃煅烧可得锐钛矿型二氧化钛,800℃煅烧可得金红石型二氧化钛,其粒度<100 nm,锐钛矿型与金红石型二氧化钛的比表面积分别为33.0 m2/g和9.0 m2/g。该方法工艺简单、成本低,制得的纳米二氧化钛粒径小、分散性好,便于工业化生产。A new method for preparing nanometer titanium dioxide with TiC14 as raw material was studied. The influences of preparation of precursor, choice of precipitator and precipitation method on the performance of TiO2 were investigated and the product was characterized with XRD,TEM. The results indicate that the anatase phase forms at 600 ℃ ,whereas the rutile phase forms at 800 ℃. The size is less than 100 nm and the specific area is 33.0 m^2/g and 9.0 m^2/g respectively. This method is simple and economical,the product size is small and well dispersive,and it is more suitable for mass production.
