摘　　要：对筒形基础海洋平台的静稳性进行了理论分析,提出了平台在大、小倾角两种情况下的稳性分析方法。分析了在气浮影响下对于稳性状态的影响,并对静稳性参数进行了修正。The static stability of offshore platform with bucket foundation is analyzed theoretically, and stability analyzed methods of the platform with small and large angle of inclination are discussed. Stability state is analyzed in the condition of air floating state, stability parameter is modified corresponding.
