香鳞毛蕨CO_2超临界萃取物的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的对香鳞毛蕨CO2超临界萃取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用CO2超临界萃取法和的GC-MS联用分析技术对萃取物进行分析,并用峰面积归一化法测定各化合物的相对含量。结果确定了15种化合物,相对含量较高的有棕榈酸(17.584%),1,1-二乙氧基乙烷(17.575%),香橙烯(5.541%),亚油酸乙酯(2.266%),棕榈酸乙酯(1.791%)等。结论15种化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到。Object To study the chemical constituents of supercritical extraction products from Dryopteris fragrans; Methods CO2 supercritical extraction and GC-MS were applied in the extraction and analysis. Results 15 Components were identified with GC - MS spectra database, and their relative contents were determined with normalization method of area. Conclusion All of the 15 compounds were reported in the plant for the first time.
