摘　　要：目的 建立测定胃泰胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法 采用反相液相色谱法，用依利特BDS C18色谱柱（200mm×5．0mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．03mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（体积比30：70）为流动相；流速为1．0mL/min，检测波长为347nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱质量浓度在0．212～1．06mg／mL范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系晟好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为97．86％，RSDl，7％（n=9）。结论 该法操作简便、结果准确、分离效果好：可用于胃泰胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weitai capsules. Methods RP-HPLC was performed on a BDS-C18 column （200 mm × 5.0 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 03 moL/L phosphate buffer solution （30： 70）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was at 347 nm. Results The assay was linear over the range of 0.212 - 1.06 μg/ml （ r = 0.9999）. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 97.86% and 1.71% , respectively. Conclusion RP-AHPLC was simple, rapid and reliable for the quality control of Weitai capsule.
