摘  要:研究了饰纹姬蛙(Microhylaornata)的早期胚胎发育.经雌雄成体腹腔注射LRH-A,促使其抱对、产卵.受精卵在水温27±0.5℃的条件下进行培养.结果表明:在我国的蛙类中,饰纹姬蛙是早期胚胎发育最为迅速的种类之一;胚体纵轴伸长出现在原肠末期;在鳃循环期即可明显地观察到尾循环;出水孔的形成始于鳃盖完成时的腹中部,并逐渐移向腹后部.In mating season a number of mating pairs and individuals of Microhgla ornata were collected from mating areas and were given an injection of LRH-A. Its early embryonic development was studied under laboratory conditions at a constant temperature 27 ± 0. 5℃. Divided into 25stages,the whole process of the early embryonic development takes about 58. 5 hour and is one of the fastest among chinese frogs. During the late-gastrula stage the embryo begins to elongate along the longitudinal axis which was earllier than Rana nigromaculata, Bufo bufo gargarizans, B. raddei,Scutiger boulengeri. The tail-circulation can be observed during gill-circulation stage. Hatching takes place at the muscular-response,the single ventral spiracle can be seen at the midbody at opercular fold-completed and then it can be seen in front of the vent at the spiracle-completed.
