摘　　要：目的:探讨镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:对38例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折采用开放复位,镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗。結果:38例获平均19个月随访,骨折全部临床愈合,平均愈合时间为2．9 个月,根据韩平良等的疗效标准,优27例,良9例,可2例,优良率95％。結论:镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器操作简单、安全, 固定可靠,并发症少,能有效治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixator used for comminuted fractures of the middle-third of the clavicle. Methods： 38 cases with comminuted fractures of the middle-third of the clavicle were treated by open reduction, internal fixation with TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixator,Results ; All the 38 cases were followed up for 6 to 54 months （average 19 months）. All the fractured calvicles were united and the average united time was 2. 9 months. Evaluated by the method of Han pingliang, the resules showed that 27 cases obtioned excellent, while 9 cases good and 2 cases ordinary results he excellent and good results rate was 95%. Conclusion. TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixator can treat comminuted fractures of the middle-third of the clavicle effectively with simple and safe operation , few complications, and strong fixation.
