乳管镜在乳腺增生病诊断中的运用

摘　　要：目的:通过乳管镜的检查确认乳腺增生病。方法:对既往临床诊断为乳腺增生病的31例患者行乳管镜检查,根据镜下所见来加以分析。结果:31例患者的乳管镜下所示均为乳腺增生病的表现,其中3例增生严重,与乳腺癌难以鉴别, 提示需行手术切除肿块,病理检查确诊。结论:乳管镜对乳腺增生病是一种简便、易行的检查及诊断方法。Objective： To evaluate the diagnosie value of fiberoptic ducoscopy in patients with eyclomastopathy . Methods： Apply fiberoptic ducoscopy to examine the thirty one cyclomastopathy patients, who were certained by previous clinical diagnosis. Then analysize the result displayed under the fiberoptic dueoscopy. Results： All the thirty one patients displayed under thefiberoptic ducoscopy show the symptom of cyclomastopathy, while three serious cases haven＇t been distinguished from mastoscirrhus. Conclusion：Fiberoptic ducoscopy is one of the simple and eonvenient way to examine and diagnose cyclornastopathy.
