摘　　要：目的:探讨无张力疝修补手术方式,减少术后复发。方法:不追求小切口,正确判断疝环的边界,确保植入物放置覆盖整个腹股沟区,并与周围的坚韧组织适当重叠,确切缝合,结果:本组286例病人随访6个月～5年无一例复发。结论: 避免术后复发和减少术后并发症应完善手术方式。Objective： To study the methods of stainless hemiorrhaphy to avoid the postoperative recrudescence . Methods： Didn＇t pursue the little kerf and determine the boundary of hernial ring to make it sure that the embedded object be placed cov ering the entire groin and overlapped properly with the surrounding tough tissue and seamed right. Result ： All the patients in the 286 cases of our test group from 5 years ago to half a year ago don＇t recrudesce. Conclusion ： the operation methods should be optimized to avoid the postoperative recrudescence and complication.
