直线偏光近红外线经会阴部照射治疗慢性前列腺炎及其疼痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究直线偏光近红外线(SUPER LIZER,超激光)经会阴部照射对慢性前列腺炎及其疼痛的治疗效果。方法:慢性前列腺炎伴有疼痛且口服抗生素无效患者60例,随机分为A组(超激光组,只经会阴部照射超激光)和B组(超激光加服药组除与A组一样照射超激光外还口服抗生素)。用超激光经会阴部照射前列腺部位,体位为截石位,C探头,照射及间歇比为7:1．每次20min,每周2次．10次为1个疗程。检查治疗前后前列腺液(ESP)镜检白细胞,记录治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH—CPSI)。结果:A组治疗后前列腺液镜检白细胞结果显示76％减少,12％无改变,12％增加;慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数以及VAS评分均明显降低;疼痛不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分有效率分别为 81％、82％、81％。B组治疗前后前列腺液镜检白细胞比较结果为白细胞91％减少,3％无改变,3％增加;B组治疗后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数以及VAS评分标均明显降低;疼痛不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分有效率分别为93％、 97％、98％。A组与B组组间治疗效果比较(包括前列腺液镜检白细胞、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数、VAS评分疗效比较及症状改善程度)均未见明显差别。结论:超激光经会阴部照射对慢性前列腺炎及其疼痛有好的治疗效果。Objective. To observe the effect of Superlizer irradiation on perineal region in the treatment of chronic prostatitic pain. Methods： Sixty patients with prostatitic pain irresponsible to oral antibiotic treatment were randomly divided into group A （Superlizer treatment） and group B （Superlizer and oral antibiotic treatment group）. All the patients in lithotomy position received superlizer irradiation on perineal region for 20 min each time with a power of 100% ,and the time of irradiation vs intermittence was 7：1. The whole treatment process was conducted twice a week for ten times. WBC counts of patients ESP and the patients＇NIH-CPSI before and after treatment were recorded. Results： In group A,WBC counts were decreased in 76% patients,no change in 12% and increased in 12%the patients. NIH CPSI and VAS were significantly decreased. The improvement rate of pain, urination, life quality were 81%, 82%, 81% respectively. In group B, WBC counts were decreased in 91% patients, no change in 3%, increased in 3%. The patients＇NIH-CPSI and VAS were significantly decreased. The improvement rate of pain ,urination, life quality were 93%, 97%, 98% respectively. The effect of treatment between group A and group B had no significant difference. Conclusion： Superlizer irradiation on perineal region has a good effect and provid a new way in the treatment of chronic prostatitie pain.
