摘　　要：叙述了铁路货车RD2型车轴轴颈卸荷槽裂纹及其危害,对车轴冷切原因进行了分析,介绍了RD2型车轴轴颈卸荷槽形成历史及轴颈根部(卸荷槽)形式,分析了轴颈卸荷槽的主要质量问题,并从改进形式、提高车轴加工质量等7个方面提出了建议。The cracking in RD2 axle journal relief groove for railway freight cars and its harm are described.The causes to cold axle cut are analyzed.The history of forming of the RD2 axle journal relief groove and the forms of the axle journal root(relief groove) are introduced.The main quality problems of the axle journal relief groove are analyzed.And suggestions are given from seven aspects of improving forms and axle processing quality,etc.
