摘　　要：目的评价选择性保脾治疗外伤性脾破裂的疗效。方法本文总结190年2月～2000年2月采用脾动脉结扎联合脾修补术选择性治疗外伤性脾破裂108例，男97例，女1l例。结果本组105例疗效好，优良率97.3％,死亡1例，占0．92％，死亡原因是合并门静脉高压，另外3例经保守治疗治愈。术后发热23例。结论脾动脉结扎联合脾修补术选择性治疗Ⅰ～Ⅲ级外伤性脾破裂是安全可靠的，远期效果好，并发症是可以接受的。Objective To evaluate the result of traumatic splenic rupture treated by ligature of splenic artery combined with splenic repair. Methods The data from 108 patients（men 97,women 11）with traumatic spienie rupture between Feb 1990 and Feb 2000 were reviewed retrospectively Results The results of 105 cases were good, 1 ease were dead with portal hypertension and gastric huge bleeding. 2 of 5 eases with postoperative bleeding were cured by nonoperative treatment. Conclusions The long trem results of traumatic splenic rupture treated by ligature of spenic artety combined with splenic repair was safe,reliable and effective.
