摘　　要：无论是从保护环境的角度出发,还是着眼于维护国家主权和国家利益,将环境问题纳入中国国际战略的整体框架中都具有重要的现实意义。在参与环境问题国际合作的进程中,中国取得了显著成就,但仍然存在诸多不完善之处。创造性地应对环境问题,作为中国国际战略的组成部分,不仅是维护中国国家利益的需要,也是维护全人类共同利益的需要。To include the issue of environment into China＇s international strategy is of great practical significance for purposes of environmental protection and from the perspectives of maintaining state sovereign and securing national interests. In the course of international cooperation in environment issues China has made remarkable progress. Nevertheless there is still much room for improvement. Dealing with environmental issues creativitly as a component part of China＇s international strategy can meet the needs of national interests of China and the interests of mankind as well.
