摘　　要：生物传感器作为新一代的分析装置,已大大改变了临床分析的概念,促使临床分析手段逐步走出医院实验室,走近病人,步入家庭.本文对生物传感器在临床分析领域中的发展及其未来的应用作一评述.A new generation of analytical instruments, biosensors, has greatly changed our present concept of clinical analysis. This trend steps quickly out of centralised laboratory towards the provision of analytical services closer to the patient, at the bedside, in the physician's office, or by the patient at home. Technology is being developed for direct measurement within the patient's body using either transcutaneous monitors or implanted devices which give continuous, real-time measurements of chemical and biochemical composition of the body's tissues.
