摘　　要：重庆海森公司生产的PAG水溶性淬火剂在重庆地区已稳定可靠地使用了十年以上,笔者根据多年现场技术服务的亲身体会和实践经验,概括地介绍了PAG淬火剂的选择、使用条件、使用要点及维护管理,一方面供广大用户选择和使用淬火剂时参考,另一方面与国内外同行共同探讨如何更好地发挥淬火剂的效能。最后介绍了我公司产品的典型应用实例和公司近期开发的新产品—PAG-Ⅲ型淬火剂的特点和在有关单位的应用情况。PAG water soluble quenehant produced by Chongqing HaiSheng corporation has been used in Chongqing Area for more than ten years. Based on the author＇s field technology service experience, how to choose the PAG quenchant, its working condition, operation key and maintenance are introduced in this paper. Those may help the users choose and use the quenchant, and may benefit for the trade experts to talk about how to develop the efficiency of the quenchant. The representative application examples of the production of our corporation are introduced also. At last, the characteristic of a new generation production, PAG-Ⅲ quenchant, and its application in some corporations are related also, which are produced and developed by our corporation.
