摘　　要：电子文件真实性问题的研究成为电子文件管理的重中之重,有必要确定评估和维护永久保存的电子文件的真实性的要求。然而在讨论这些要求之前,有必要解释确定要求的概念基础。在本文中,将概念要求分为两个部分,第一部分要求包括支持电子文件真实性假设的要求;第二部分要求包括支持电子文件真实性拷贝的要求。This paper discusses the conceptual requirements establishing for assessing and maintaining the authenticity of electronic records over the long-term. There are two sets of requirements in this paper. The first set includes requirements that support the presumption of the authenticity of the creator＇s electronic records before they are transferred to the custody of the preserver. The second sets includes requirements that support the production of authentic copies of electronic records that have been transferred to the custody of the preserver.
