摘　　要：利用水溶性维纶在纺纱时作填充料,制得空心纱。经特殊的松式整理后产生了一种特殊结构,即纱的截面内、外层的纤维密度不一致,中心区域呈空洞状。对空心纱的纱线特征和形成机理作了全面、系统的分析,对生产中的主要工艺参数进行优化设计,并就空心纱产品开发应用中需注意的问题进行初步探讨研究。The hollow yarn was made by utilizing a kind of partly water soluble fiber as filling material when spinning, which formed a special structure after special tensionless finishing, that is, different compactness existed between the inner and outer layers of the yarn with hollows in the center. A comprehensive and systematic analysis was made of the characteristics and forming mechanism of the hollow yarn, and main process parameters were optimized. Tips for downstream product development were discussed.
