摘　　要：本文分析了工商管理专业人才培养所存在的主要问题,准确定位了工商管理专业人才的培养目标,提出了以能力培养为重点构建工商管理专业的教学体系。This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the present system of training talents majoring in Business Administration, locates exactly the target of training professionals in Business Administration, and proposes to corustruct a teaching system in which training ability is a top priority for Business Administration majors.
