摘 要:结合铜矿现状,按四维破磨理论设计2.7×3.7m双仓碎磨机,转速超费氏临界转速5%,实际混合充填率56%左右,进料仓装超大钢球。用它替代中细碎和球磨的生产流程设备,生产能力40 t/h左右,完全能满足某矿生产规模≤25万t/a的需求。预计碎磨用电单耗将由目前18kW h/t下降到8kW h/t以下,全年节电200万kW h以上,并大幅度降低设备维修费用和提高劳动生产率。实施改造,能为企业创造较好的经济效益。Based on four - dimensional grinding theory and the existing existing situation of mine, the authors designed the Ф2.7×3.7m two - bin grinding machine whose revolution exceeds Fei's critical rotation speed by 5% and has actual space factor by 56% or so. The intake bin loads huge iron shot. The machine can replace the current fine comminute process. The productive capacity can reach about 40t/h and can fulfil the production demands of one copper mine which production scale is no more than 250,000t/a. It is predicated that the specific power consumption per unit can fall from 18kwh/t down to below 8kwh/t. The saved energy charge in one year can exceed 2,000,000kWh. The cost of maintenance, rasie labour productivity efficiency and bring economic benefit for the corporation are reduced largely.
