摘　　要：对国内某厂新建的步进式棒材冷床结构进行了简要介绍,并对轧制速度16m/s情况下轧件头部撞击动齿条原因作了详细分析,认为动台面运转周期长是主要原因,同时提出了解决方案。A new - made walking beam cooling bed structure is introduced, the reason why the rolling stock head strikes moving beam under rolling speed 16m/s is specifically analyzed, it is thought that the main reason is longer running cycle time in moving beam, and the solution scheme is put forward.
