摘　　要：本文通过对总公司,子公司两级计划编制、执行、反馈及监控、调整等工作环节深入分析的基础上,提出了计划协同管理的思想,并设计了计划协同管理系统应具备的功能:计划编制、进度控制、计划调整、计划查询、统计报表、消息机制、系统接口七大功能,为提高总公司,子公司两级机构计划管理工作的效率及质量提出了一个技术解决途径。On the basis of deep-going analysis of the establishment, execution, feedback, monitoring, adjustment of the two-rank plan of main/subsidlary company, the essay brings forward the idea of plan coordination management system and designs necessary functions the system should possess, which includes plan establishment, process control, plan adjustment, plan inquiry, statistics, information mechanism and system interface, that provide technical solution for enhancing the efficiency and quality of the planning management work between the two ranks of main/subsidiary company.
