摘　　要：目的:探讨完全胃肠外营养的最佳护理效果。方法:对71例围手术期或危重患者完全胃肠外营养的观察,总结临床护理经验。结果:71例患者经完全胃肠外营养治疗和相关的护理,营养状态、治疗效果有不同程度的提高,住院时间缩短。护理中发生相关并发症11例。结论:加强完全胃肠外营养患者的护理,对患者的治疗和康复具有良好的效果。Objective：To discuss the optimal nursing effect of total parenteral nutrition （TPN）.Methods：The clinical nursing experi- ences in 71 Patients with TPN in perioperative stage or critical period were summarized.Results：After TPN treatment and nursing ,the nutrition condition and curative effect of 71 cases were improved in different status,and the hospital stay was shortened.ll cases occurred complications related to TPN during nursing.Conclusion：Strengthening the nursing care of total parenteral nutrition has a good effect on the treatment and recovery of this patients in perioperative stage.
