摘　　要：研究了乳酸环丙沙星（CFLX）在胶束体系中的荧光特性。发现十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）对CFLX有较强的增敏作用，据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定环丙沙星的新方法。其线性范围为0—2．00μg/mL，检出限为1．32ng/mL。The fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin lacatate（CFLX） in micellar systems have been studied. The experiments indicate that sodium dodecyl sulfate（SDS） can enhance greatly the fluorescence signal. Based on these results, a new method of sensitized fluorescence using the micellar system for the trace analysis of CFLX has been developed. The linear range was 0 - 2.00 μ g/mL, and the detection limit was 1.32 μ g/mL.
