异步教学法在普通高校速滑课教学中的应用

摘　　要：速滑课是黑龙江高校冬季体育教学的必修课。针对近几年冰上课教学质量下降这一问题,采用文献法、数理统计法、实验对比法,对齐齐哈尔大学2004级本科男生进行了速滑课异步教学法的实验研究,结果实验班学生的速滑技评、达标成绩都比对照班有显著性提高。Skating course is a compulsory course within the college winter PE teaching circle in Heilongjiang Province. This thesis paper adopts literature-searching, statistics-accumulating as well as experiment-comparing method in order to boost the teaching quality .we do the tentative research on the multiple-layers skating teaching methodology for the boy students majoring in body building in Qiqihar University. The results show that the students in experimental class gain an obvious improvement in skating technique than those in normal class.
