摘　　要：摘要：目的：探讨急性胰腺炎继发感染的治疗方法。方法：分析总结我院2001～2004年收治的65例胰腺感染患者。采用经后上腰腹膜后引流及灌洗方法治疗的资料。结果：术后并发症：残余脓肿7例，消化道出血3例，肠漏3例。胰漏4例；死亡2例。结论：该治疗方法术后并发症及死亡率低。Objective： To investige the therapy of secondary pancreatic infection. Method： Sixting - five patients with pancreatic infection were included （from 2001 to 2004）. They underwent lumbo - post - peritoneal drainage and postoperative lavage. Results： Two patients died, the others had satisfactory results. Conclusion： Lumbo- post - peritoneal drainage and postoperative lavage was a safe and effective method which was worthy of popularization.
