摘 要:目的探讨血液酸碱度对急性高原病易感人群的预测价值。方法对即将进入高海拔区的施工人群集中采用血气分析仪检测血液pH及PaCO2,PaO2值,然后进行统计分析。结果在三项检测指标中,血液pH与急性高原病易感者有显著地相关性,血液pH值发病组与未发病组之间差异非常显著(P<0.01),PaCO2和PaO2值发病组与未发病组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论血液pH可以用作急进高原人群急性高原病易感者的预测。Objective: In order to investigate the relationship between the blood acid - base scale (pH) and the acute mountain sickness, as well the predict effect of the pH to susceptible population of acute mountain sickness. Methods: The blood pH, PCO2, PO2 of the construction team workers: was detected by blood gas analyzer for population of entry to higher altitude regions at soon. Results: In throe detective index, the there was a significant correlation for the relation between blood pH and acute mountain sickness, there was significant difference of the blood pH between the onset group population and unonset group population, there was no signifieant difference of the PCO2, PO2 between the onset group population and unonset group population. Conclusion: The blood pH may used to predict of susceptible population of acute mountain sickness.
