摘　　要：目的总结大鼠胰十二指肠移植经验,建立稳定的大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型。方法对119例大鼠胰十二指肠移植的资料进行回顾分析总结。结果预试验组71例,存活率为74.6%;试验组48例,存活率为93.8%.所有存活病例均于24小时内恢复正常,移植后24小时血糖为4.64±0.98mol/L。结论合理的麻醉方法,熟练的操作技巧和技术,是建立稳定的大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型的关键因素。Objective： To sum up the experience of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in allogenic rat, and to establish stable pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in rats. Methods： 119 cases of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rats were studied. Restults： The graft strvival rate of 71 pre- experiment cases was74.6%, and the graft survival rate of 48 experiment cases was 93.8 %. The blood glucose of all survival rats resumed normal level in 24 hours after transplantation. Conclusions： The key factors affecting the graft survival rate were proper anaesthesia methods and practiced surgical techniques.
