摘　　要：介绍了胶版印刷中印刷油墨的转移过程及颜料涂布纸的涂层结构的形成,阐述了涂层结构与印刷油墨固着的关系及涂布纸上Backtrap色斑的形成机理,指出涂层表面的物理和化学性质不“稳定”是引起Backtrap色斑的主要原因。The paper introduces ink transfer process of offset press and the development of coating structure of pigment coated paper,expatiates the interactions of coating structure and offset ink,proposes the mechanisms that cause backtrap mottle.indicates that the local variation in the physico-chemical properties of coated paper affecting ink setting is the key to backtrap mottle.
