摘　　要：建立了对柑桔中微量速螨酮的残留分析方法。样品经甲醇提取、氧化铝柱净化,进气相色谱ECD检测。该方法对标样的最小检知量为1.0×10-11g,对桔皮、桔肉和土壤的最低检出浓度均为0.001mg/kg,样品回收率为78.37%￣105.37%,变异系数在1.53%￣4.51%之间。An analytical method was established for determining pyridaben residues in mandarin oranges. Samples were extracted with methanol, cleaned up on an Al2O3 column, and subjected to gas chromatography with ECD detection. Minimum detectable level in standard samples was 1.0 × 10^-11 g. Lowest detectable concentration in mandarin orange peels, pulp, and soil samples was 0.001 mg/kg. Sample recoveries ranged from 78.4 to 105.4%, and coefficients of variation from 1.53 to 4.51%.
