小丛红景天化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：研究了红景天属小丛红景天根茎的化学成分,从乙酸乙酯部分得到5个化合物:分别是胡萝卜苷(β-si-tosterol glucoside,Ⅰ),大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅱ),草质素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(rhod ion in,Ⅲ),大花红景天苷(crenu loside,Ⅳ),草质素-7-O-(3″-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷[herbacetin-7-O-(3″-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-α-L-rhamnoside,Ⅴ]。化合物大花红景天苷和大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为首次从该属植物中分离得到。The rhizoma samples of Rhodiola dumulosa were cut into fragments and extracted by 95% EtOH. This extract was successively extracted with Et2O, EtOAc, n-BuOH. Five compounds were obtained from the EtOAc fraction. The structures were identified as β-sitosterol glucoside（ Ⅰ ）, chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（ Ⅱ ）, rhodionin（Ⅲ）, crenuloside（ Ⅳ ）, herbacetin-7-O- （3＂-β-D-glucopyranosyl）-α-L-rhamnoside（ Ⅴ ）. Chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and crenuloside of compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was obtained from Rhodiola Linn for the first time.
