摘  要:在板料拉深成形过程的数值模拟中显式算法和隐式算法是两种主要的有限元算法。板料拉深成形是一个准静态的变形过程,静力隐式算法是比较合理又相对精确的方法,但计算费时,需要大量的计算机内存空间;动力显式算法计算效率高且占用的存储空间少。本文分别用基于静力隐式算法的软件ANSYS和基于动力显式算法的软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了板料拉深成形过程,并通过与实验值相比较,验证了模拟结果的正确性。Dynamic explicit algorithm and static implicit algorithm are major algorithms in FEM. Static implicit has been thought to be reasonable and more accurate for sheet metal forming, because it is an almost static state. It is, however, time consuming and needs a lot of computer space. Dynamic explicit is more efficient and needs less computer space. In this paper the author uses ANSYS, which is based on static implicit algorithm, and ANSYS/LS-DYNA, which is based on dynamic explicit algorithm, separately to simulate the process of sheet metal forming and the results of these methods are compared with the data of experimentation and the results of simulation are verified.
