摘　　要：本文分析了印刷型过刊的特点与作用,以及影响其利用率的一些因素。阐述了网络环境下印刷型过刊再开发的必要性,并提出和论述了开发过刊一系列新的措施:可从转化、编辑、管理、服务等方面进行重新开发。This article analyzed the characteristic of the printing back numbers as well as the factor to affect the back numbers＇ use factor; elaborated that the printing back numbers has to develop again under the network environment. By the support of the modem information technology, the back numbers could be redeveloped from all the aspects, such as transformation, edition, management, service and so on.
