摘　　要：针对中型氮肥装置造气煤耗偏高的问题,从煤原料的选择、搭配、运输、加工等方面论述了煤耗偏高的原因,从工艺指标、煤气炉排渣强度、系统阻力、设备结构等方面提出了降低煤耗的改进措施。In allusion to problem of too high eoal consume of gasifieation in middle sized nitrogen fertilizer plant, the causes for too high coal consume were discussed from aspects of selection of coal raw material, mixing ratio, transportation, processing ete, . improvement measures for redueing coal consumc were suggested from aspects of process index, sludge disehargc strength of gasifier, system pressure drop and equipment structure etc.
