压舌明视插胃管法的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的探讨压舌板压舌明视插胃管法的临床应用,提高一次性插管成功率。方法将58例病人随机分为对照组25例和观察组33例,对照组采用传统的插胃管法,观察组采用压舌板压舌明视插胃管法,2组间进行观察比较。结果对照组一次性插管成功率56%,观察组一次性插管成功率84.8%,经统计学分析,χ2=5.92,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论压舌板压舌明视插胃管法具有用物简单、操作简便易学、一次性插管成功率高的特点,能准确安全插入胃管,减轻病人痛苦与不适,减轻护士工作量。Objective To study the clinical application of direct vision stomach tube intubation by tongue depressor, which improved the successful rate of disposable intuhation. Methods 58 patients were divided into two groups randomly, the control group included 25 patients with traditional stomach tube intuhation, and the observation group included 33 patients with direct vision stomach tube intuhation by tongue depressor. Then the results were compared between two groups. Results The successful rate of disposable intuhation is 56% in the control group and 84.8% in the observation group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Direct vision stomach tube intuhation by tonguedepres sot has the characteristics such as simple appliance, easy operation, higher successful rate. Which can reduce the patient＇s pain and discomfort and lighten the workload of nurses.
