消栓降脂丸对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学影响的对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察消栓降脂丸对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的影响,并与非诺贝特对照优劣。方法72只SD大鼠用SAS软件随机分为6组,饲高脂饲料建立高脂模型,各组按规定灌胃药物或者0.3%CMC溶液,14 d后禁食12 h,剪尾采血,测定血脂各项指标;腹腔注射戊巴比妥,麻醉后颈动脉采血,测血液流变学各项指标。结果消栓降脂丸组能明显降低高脂血症大鼠全血粘度高、低切,全血还原粘度高、低切,血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高红细胞变形指数(P<0.01),非诺贝特仅降低全血粘度低切、全血还原粘度高切,红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高红细胞变形指数(P<0.01),而对全血粘度高切、全血还原粘度低切、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论消栓降脂丸有显著的改善高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的作用,且某些指标优于非诺贝特(P<0.05)。消栓降脂丸各剂量组有剂量依赖性。Objective To observe and contrast the effects of XSJZW with Fenofibrate on the hemorheology in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods 72 SD rats were divided into 6 groups at random by SAS and hyperlipidemia model groups were built up by fed with high lipid diet. The rats of each group were fasted 12h after administrated with drug or 0.3% CMC by lavage respectively according to the regulation, then the parameters of blood - fat were determined. Anesthetized the rats by intraperitoneal injected Butay- lone（30mg/kg）, parameters of hemorheology were measured after the blood samples obtained from arteria carotis. Results The XSJZW groups could obviously decrease the levels of blood viscosity high, low shears , blood reduce viscosity high, low shears, hematocrit , index of erythrocyte rigidily, index of erythrocyte aggregation , fibrinogen（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, and increase those indexes of erythrocyte deformability （P 〈 0.05）, fenofibrate could only decrease the levels of blood viscosity low shears, blood reduce viscosity high shears, hematocrit, （P 〈 0.01 orP 〈 0.05）, increase those of index of erythrocyte deformability （P 〈 0. 05）, there was no significant effect in improving the levels of blood viscosity low shears , blood reduce viscosity high shears, blasma viscosity, index of erythrocyte rigidily , index of erythrocyte aggregation （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The XSJZW groups can significantly improve hemorheology in hyperlipoidemia rats , in improving some parameters, XSJZW groups are better than fenofibrate group （P 〈 0.05） ,the dose - dependence was observed among the XSJZW groups.
