摘　　要：对白英的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面进行综述,为白英的研究开发提供参考。白英中主要含有苷类、有机酸类、倍半萜类、甾醇类、香豆素以及其它化合物;具有良好的抗癌防癌、消除炎症、抗过敏及护肝等作用,在临床上具有广泛的应用价值。This is a review of the chemical constituents, pharmacological action, and clinical application of Solanum lyratum Thunb.. Glucosides, organic acids, sesquiterpenes, sterols and coumarins were isolated from S.. lyratum. Some of these constituents possess anti- cancer, anti- inflammatory, anti- hypersensitivity and hepatoproteetive action. It has extensive clinical applications.
