摘 要:目的观察天年饮(Tiann ianyin,TNY)对衰老大鼠血脂的影响及TNY的抗氧化作用。方法选用成年雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组:正常组、衰老模型组、TNY用药组及阴性对照组,每组均为10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,检测TNY灌胃前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果模型组大鼠血清TC、TG含量升高、HDL-C含量和SOD的活性下降P<0.05或P<0.01。TNY可以降低模型大鼠TC、TG的含量(TNY组与模型组相比P<0.01,P<0.05)及提高HDL-C的含量和SOD的活性(TNY组与模型组相比P<0.05)。结论TNY具有明显的调节血脂及抗氧化作用,可延缓机体衰老。Objective To study the effect of Tiannianyin (TNY) on blood -lipid regulation and antioxidation. Methods 40 adult male SD rats were used in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, TNY treatment group and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The sub -acute aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into the rats'abdominal cavity continually. Then the value of TC, TG, HDL-C and SOD in serum were detected before and after taking TNY. Results TNY could significantly reduce the value of TC, TG( compare with model rats: P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05 ) and increase the value of HDL-C, SOD (compare with model rats: P 〈 0.05 )in serum. Conclusion TNY has obvious effects on blood -lipid regulation and antioxidation, TNY has fairly anti-aging effect.
