摘  要:目的研究β-CD包合升白胶囊挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法以包合物收得率、挥发油利用率为指标,比较超声波法、饱和水溶液法、研磨法的包合效果,确定最优包合方法;再采用正交实验法,以挥发油与β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间为因素,每因素选择3水平,优选包合条件,同时采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和紫外分光光度法验证包合物;结果优选出最佳工艺为:挥发油与β-CD比例为1∶10,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为1.5 h,包合物收得率为80.63%,挥发油利用率为94.14%。结论按优选工艺条件,挥发油与β-CD形成稳定的包合物,且挥发油利用率较高。Objective To study optimum inclusion process condition for volatile oils from Shengbai Capsule. Methods The process conditions were studied by determining the utilization ratio of volatile and yield of inclusion compound, including supersonic method, saturated water solution method and grinding method. The effect of each were analyzed and compared. The optimum condition were investigated by the orthogonal test. The inclusion compound was identified by thermograms of Differential Scanning Calorimety(DSC) and Ultraviolet Spectroscopy(UV) Results The optimum prepartion condition for inclusion were established as follows:Volatile oils:β - Cycoldextrin was 1: 10,The inclusion temperature and time were at 40℃ and 1.5 h. The yield of inclusion compound was 80.63% ,and the utilization ratio of volatile oil was 94.14%. Conclusion The complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is stable and strring has a highest inclusion rate.
