藏药白花刺参的生药学鉴定

摘　　要：目的对藏药白花刺参进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。方法采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定方法。结果通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图研究能够很好的鉴定原植物。结论该方法简便易操作,可作为藏药白花刺参定性鉴别。Objective The Tibetan medicine Morina nepalensis D. Don var. alba （ Hand. - Mazz. ） Y. C. Tang was identified with pharmacognosy methods systemly, for providing the scientific evidence of identification and application. Methods The original plant identification, morphological and histological identification, microscopic indentification, thin layer chromatography （TLC） were adopted. Results The results showed these are good methods to indentify Morina nepalensis D. Don var. alba （ Hand. - Mazz. ） Y. C. Tang. Conclusion The method is practical, special and reproducible.
